Oh God of mercy and grace,
We come to You with heavy hearts,
Seeking Your forgiveness and Your face,
As we face our trials and our scars.
We confess our sins and our mistakes,
Our rebellion and our pride,
We have strayed away from Your ways,
And caused pain to those by our side.
We acknowledge the struggles we face,
The hardships and the pain,
And we seek Your wisdom and Your grace,
To guide us through the rain.
We pray for Ethiopia, our motherland,
For her people and her land,
May she rise again with a strong hand,
And may we always stand.
We pray for Your mercy and Your love,
For Your protection and Your care,
For Your blessings from above,
And Your grace that we can share.
We pray for unity and peace,
For healing and restoration,
For justice and release,
From oppression and frustration.
We ask for Your guidance and Your light,
As we face our uncertain path,
May we always keep You in our sight,
And trust in Your love that will last.
Oh God of mercy and grace,
We thank You for Your love and Your care,
May we always seek Your face,
And Your presence everywhere. Amen.
